Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between Israel Inspires (R.A.), registration number 580767630, Ariel Sharon St 4, Giv'atayim, 5320047 (“we”, “our” or “us”), and users of the Israel Inspires Me website (“you” or “your”).

Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed on the website, govern your use of the website. By accessing, browsing or using it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Eligibility and age restriction

The website and its services are intended for people aged 18 or older. You represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms, or that you have the necessary authorization. If not, you must not use the website or its services.

Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms at our discretion. Changes take effect when the revised terms are published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to display a notice.

Website, services and content

The website provides information and resources relating to our activities, projects and services, including articles, blogs, images, audio, reports, graphics and logos (“Content”). It also provides ways to contact us, create and submit projects, make donations and subscribe to communications.

Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice, an offer, obligation or recommendation. We make reasonable efforts to keep Content accurate and current but do not guarantee that errors will not occur. Use of and reliance on Content is at your responsibility.

Donations and paid services

As a non-profit organization, we accept donations and may provide paid consultations, workshops, courses and other services. Transactions may be made only by adults or properly authorized representatives using a valid payment method supported by us.

You must provide complete and accurate information requested during a transaction. Approval by the payment or credit-card provider is required. If approval is refused, the transaction is void. We are not responsible for errors in information supplied by you and may cancel a transaction affected by an error.

Information about services and prices may occasionally contain a human or typographical error. Such an error does not create a right to purchase at an incorrect price. We may correct it or cancel the affected transaction or promotion. Additional expenses may apply where clearly disclosed.

Cancellation policy

Paid services may be cancelled in accordance with applicable law, generally within 14 days of the transaction and, where relevant, at least seven working days before the scheduled service. The period may be extended as required by law for a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant.

Where you have a legal or agreed right to cancel, email info@iim.org.il with your name, identification number and details of the service. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may apply where permitted by law. Donation refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Use restrictions

You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently; bypass security features; copy, republish, distribute or alter the website or Content without permission; remove legal or ownership notices; collect information by hacking, mining, scripts or unauthorized mailing; use our name, logo or trademarks without consent; or infringe our rights or those of third parties.

If we reasonably suspect a breach, we may restrict access, investigate use, preserve relevant information, disclose information where legally permitted, and take other reasonable steps to protect users, our organization and third parties.

Intellectual property

The website and Content, excluding identified third-party content, are owned by or licensed to us. No ownership or license is granted except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these terms. Copyright, trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property may not be used without prior written permission.

Third-party content and services

The website may include links to third-party websites and services, including payment services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or operation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and our officers, directors, employees and agents against third-party claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the website in breach of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, subject to applicable law.

Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the agreement concerning their subject matter. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign our rights and obligations where legally permitted. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
